Yes, and it does not end. Every organisation gets 5,000 submissions a month, 50 forms, 1 GB of storage, 10 devices and 1 workspace at no cost. Quality checks, dashboards and garbling run on your first 200 submissions each month; later submissions are still collected and kept, just not checked. Audio audit is on paid plans only.
Collection does not stop, so no interview is lost. On a paid plan, buy extra submissions for the month (1,000 for ৳2,500 or US$20). The number of forms is a hard limit: a new form beyond it is refused until you remove one or move to a larger plan.
Not per user: team members are unlimited on every plan. Each plan includes a number of devices, from 10 on Free to 500 on Advanced. If your field team is larger, choose a larger plan or ask us for a custom one.
Message us on WhatsApp or email us with the plan you want. We send payment details for bKash or bank transfer, in taka or US dollars, and set the plan on your organisation once payment arrives. The prices above already include VAT and fees. There is no online card payment yet.
