Garbling protects the answers to sensitive yes/no questions (harassment, theft, illegal work) so that no individual's recorded Yes proves anything about them, while the share of the sample answering Yes can still be estimated. It is set up per form, on the workspace's Garbling page: owners and managers see it, and only an owner changes it.
