Overview

The landing page shows the server's totals (organisations, active accounts, workspaces, submissions, storage) and what needs attention: locked-out sign-ins, open password-reset requests, phones waiting for approval, organisations suspended or over a plan limit, and plans ending within 14 days, with the last sign-ins and quick actions.

Organisations

  • Create an organisation with its first owner and plan.
  • Change its plan, its limits, its plan status and end date. A limit left empty means no limit. See Plans, limits and usage.
  • Rename its server name: only the maintainer can.
  • Suspend or re-enable it, in one confirmed step. Suspension refuses every way in (console sign-in and open sessions, every phone key, Joripo Collect's sign-in and status checks, its web forms) without changing anyone's account, phone or key, so re-enabling restores exactly what was there. Phones keep their forms and send them later.
  • An organisation's page lists its people, workspaces, usage and recent events. Filter the list by name, suspended, over a limit, expired or on trial.

Workspaces can be suspended, archived or restored across organisations; a workspace suspended or archived here is restored only here. Storage shows each organisation's and workspace's use, the largest files and the trash of deleted forms.

Accounts

Every person on the server, searchable by email or name and filterable by organisation, role and status, with badges for Must change password and Locked out. Download list (CSV) gives every account, never a password or hash.

  • New account: the organisation, role, email and name, with a generated (or typed) password. Must choose a new password at first sign-in is ticked by default except for data collectors. The result page shows once what to hand over: the sign-in address, the email, the temporary password and the server name for Joripo Collect.
  • An account's page shows its sign-in state, workspaces, phones, tokens and the last 25 things done by or to it, with Edit profile, Change role (an organisation never loses its last owner), Reset password, Unlock sign-in, Sign out everywhere, Revoke API and desktop tokens, and Deactivate / Reactivate. Nothing is deleted.

The maintainers themselves are listed read-only.

Phones

Devices lists every Joripo Collect phone on the server (filter by status, organisation, or not seen for a number of days) with its person, model, app version, last seen and address: Approve, Reject, Revoke, or Replace (revoke it, and the person's next phone is approved at once). Every device key not tied to a phone is listed too, with Revoke.

Security

Security shows lockouts, reset requests, maintainer sessions and unusual activity.

Usage

Per organisation: plan, forms, submissions (all, this month, the last 7 days), storage and attachments, people, approved phones, phones active in the last 7 days, exports and API calls (30 days and all time), and submissions per day. Overages of the soft limits are listed here.

Enquiries

Messages sent through the public website's contact form are kept for the maintainers to read and delete; nothing is emailed.
