Getting started
What Joripo is, how an organisation, its workspaces and its people fit together, and who may do what.
Start here if you are new to Joripo. These pages explain the pieces you will meet everywhere else: the organisation that holds your data, the workspaces inside it, the forms inside those, and the roles that decide what each person can see and change.
- What Joripo isA survey data-collection platform that checks the quality of every interview as it arrives, and the parts it is made of.
- Finding your way in the consoleThe console's tabs, the account menu, and the obsolete Legacy console.
- Accounts and signing inCreating an organisation, signing in and out, how long a sign-in lasts, passwords, and what to do when you forget one.
- Organisations and workspacesThe organisation that holds your people and data, its server name, and the workspaces inside it that keep surveys apart.
- Roles and permissionsOwners, managers, reviewers and data collectors; restricted workspaces; and the permissions that sit beside a role.
- Managing peopleAdding people, changing roles and passwords, deactivating someone, and answering password reset requests.
- Plans, limits and usageWhat a plan limits, which limits are firm and which only record an overage, and how a plan is changed.
